Message: My original review was very low after receiving an order that was less than satisfactory when it came to both the food and the service we received last week at the Ice House. The owner then reached out to us and apologized for the mishaps via a hand written letter and then funded us with a gift card to cover our next order.. The food the second time around was much better, I am pleased with what was received and appreciate the owner caring about their business and their customers.

Message: We choose to overlook the dilapidated building because the pizza that comes out of this place is just THAT delicious! Every time we visit Ohio, we make a point of getting "the works" pizza AT LEAST twice while we're here. We've yet to find anything that even begins to compare. The crust is excellent and the toppings are so generous you'll need a fork to clean your plate. I can't recall a pizza this good since the old Myles Pizza in Bowling Green, which is long gone.
