They ensure the recipient is home before they deliver, and when they couldn't get in touch with them, they let me know. At the end of the day, they were able to make the delivery and send me a confirmation email. - Overall, I had a great experience and great customer service. Price was certainly reasonable considering it’s winter and everything has to be purchased and shipped. I received a call from Amanda stating she needed a phone number for the recipient, that i forgot to provide, and that the arraignment I requested wasn’t available due to product being unavailable.
