We are overjoyed that we were able to find an excellent local jeweler with such a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to answer all of our questions. Among the beautiful jewelry and perfect sizing adjustments, Effler’s even had a beautiful set of stone bookends we snagged! We will absolutely be visiting every time we’re in Cincinnati!

They had it beautifully wrapped and ready for me. I could not recommend this business enough. I worked with Molly and she is a peach. You would be an idiot to shop anywhere else. Message: I recently went to Effler’s to have my wedding ring resized, re-etched, and polished. The service was amazing! The two women who helped me were Mollie and Marianne. They were professional, funny, and just a joy to be around. And the pricing is fair and the service was exceptional. You won’t go wrong by taking your business to Effler’s‘s.

Message: I had a one of a kind piece designed by Wm Effler Jewelers utilizing stones from family pieces. Marianne helped me through the design process, choosing stones and a mounting that would best showcase the stones chosen. The finished piece is stunning! My initial consultation was in person at their lovely store and because I am out of state, subsequent communication was via text. She kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also restrung a very sentimental strand of pearls. I highly recommend this family owned business! Thank you Marianne, it was a pleasure working with you!

Message: This is based on an initial consultation. It’s a smaller store and they carry a lot of different items, so there is a little bit of everything. The major point for me is that they clearly care about the people coming into the store. it’s family owned, and you can tell by the way they treat you. Mollie spent quite a bit of time talking with me about the family stones I would like to incorporate into a ring or maybe multiple rings. She talked to me about budget, and even the repair of another ring with a setting that most folks don’t deal with anymore. Even though we were getting close to their closing time, she took notes, took measurements and talked with me about all the different things that could be done. What a great experience!

Message: Updated Review: After posting the review below, we were contacted by a sales associate who apologized for the poor service. We returned to the store and each time were greeted immediately upon entering (even when it was someone that we did not think knew us, so that is an indicator that they took the review below to heart and improved their training). We are happy with the jewelry we purchased, the quality is good and the process of selecting the piece was low pressure. The associate was very forward about different options and how they could impact the price (without pushing for any particular option). We did feel that they wanted us to be happy with our experience. The price was reasonable. We would return to this store.. Original Review (2 star): Disappointing to be standing in the store for 15 minutes and not have any of the 4 individuals here even acknowledge our presence. They also served someone who came in after us first. Especially when we had texted with one of the employees to let them know we would likely be stopping by.

Message: Wm Effler jewelers is a family owned and operated jewelry store and it shows. Wonderful and unique merchandise and terrific. service. I have be going there for the last 45 years and they are extremely responsive and trustworthy. I take all of my watches to get batteries and jewelry to get fixed. They also have tremendous sales. I would highly recommend them.
