Message: Food is delicious & is served by efficient, polite, cheerful employees - consistently. Napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. are never forgotten.. The employees who take orders from drive-thru customers need more training on moving cars through the line. On a recent visit the outside order takers didn't move cars forward (there was enough room for 6-7 cars to move up in line) while the other line was completely empty.

Message: The line is always wrapped around the building, which would be fine if the service was fast but, sadly, it is not. Paid cash in line after the worker took my order and she shorted me by several dollars. Realized as I was putting the money in my wallet and she was already long gone, 3 cars behind me. Sandwiches are usually hot but the fries NEVER are. It's too bad my kids keep wanting to eat here anyway.

Message: I love Chick-fil-A. The food is always freshly made and hot. My only complaint, and the reason for my four-star review, and not five, is that I wished they would fry the french fries a minute or two longer to make them crispy. Otherwise, I have eaten at many Chick-fil-A locations in Texas, Tennessee, and Ohio. Service is always fast and friendly. The employees really seem to enjoy their job. I tried the honey pepper, pimento cheese, chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! …a perfect combination of flavors. Messy but delicious!

Message: I decided to give chick-fila a try i have never tried it but it turns out that it was great! I love the waffle fries and the sandwich! It came out nice. I was very satisfied of the workers as well they were nice and pretty cool
