Message: There was a very weird almost sickening smell as I walked in the door and it didn't have anything to do with the candles that should of made it smell better. The place was cluttered I felt like I was at a hoarders house but I was not able to get the T-shirt printed that I wanted that I actually went there specifically for. Limited selection!

Message: I feel in love with something I found on Amazon and had hoped to use it for my upcoming wedding; but they only had 3 of the 4 pieces I needed. Unable to find them anywhere else online, I reached out to the maker asking if they could ship them to me; but they only sold wholesale. They were helpful, though, and gave me numbers of customers of theirs they had just shipped thirds items to - one of them being Neff's. Whomever I spoke with was super helpful and found all 4 items in the store for me and is willing to ship them to me, 7. 5 hours away in Pennsylvania. I am so incredibly thankful for her, for going out of her way to help me. And on top of it, their price for the items and the shipping I have to pay is half of the price that I would have paid through Amazon, even with them being Prime eligible.
