Message: I’ve recently transferred to CVS from a competitor. Today I went through the drive thru to get my medication. The pharmacist (I believe her name was Marie) was very helpful and signed me up for a CVS card to earn points. It was a pleasant experience.

Message: Wide aisles and very clean.

Message: This has been my personal pharmacy for 3 years and they are so very busy. I understand when phones take more than 15 seconds to be answered. Between e-scripts and faxes and the drive thru and people who walk in, not to mention outbound courtesy calls, calling insurance companies, calling doctors to correct their bad handwriting and wrong directions. I can't understand 1 person equates the phone being slow to answer as bad customer service. This is not a service field as equal to McDonald's. they are making life and death decisions making sure you receive what I need and in the dose of how I need it. The store portion is quite clean, helpful and nice to shop inside as well. My only critique is the convenience store prices, but that's the way it goes.
