He even sent aerial view with dimensions so that we could lay out our Playground Grass by ForeverLawn. Alex and Ray installed the play set. They communicated with me throughout, worked hard, and did a fantastic job! That day my kids got off the school bus and played until dark. The neighborhood kids all came over to play! Just awesome!

Message: Can't recommend this place enough if you're in the market for a swing set. We stopped in a few weeks ago looking for a swing set for our son and were fully expecting to get the "supply chain delay" talk from them, but that wasn't the case! They had last year's floor models for sale at a deep discount and nothing really was wrong with them aside from needing a new coat of stain. They were super helpful educating us on the different models and features given our price point, all while our 2 year old ran around testing out every set. We ended up going with a floor model of the Panda, and they came out and delivered/installed it yesterday- a little over 2 weeks from ordering. Installation was quick and professional, and I feel like the set is safely constructed for my son to play. We fully expected to pay a premium and not get a set until July/August due to supply issues, but we ended up getting a great deal from a local business with free installation within 2 weeks of ordering!

Message: I've been working with Kids World Play Systems for over a year on a backyard garden shed; with the delay in delivery time (not their fault.. just industry and supplies) I've then had the change to purchase a lot more outdoor furniture from them (good news for them; not so good for my pocketbook (LOL)). Everyone with whom I've interacted has been professional, timely, informative, and patient. The quality of everything I've purchase has been excellent. I've shopped around a lot prior to purchasing everything I have, and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

He was able to provide me guidance on exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service to me. The delivery was quick and installment went smooth once I received my product. I will be back and asking for Tyler again this spring when looking for a playground set!
