Petco

Message: I went into the store looking for information on getting a free kitten. There has to be a board with advertising animals for free or for sale, which they no longer had. The re was one sales lady that was very helpful giving me information to help me find a kitten. I give this store a 9, the only thing I don't like is I think their prices are to high.

Message: I tried to use the curbside pick option/order ahead on the app but my Hills Science brand puppy food was not an option. I was able to go inside and had 2 different sized bags to choose from. I will continue to try the app and if not able to utilize, I will still shop at my local Petco. The staff are always cheerful and willing to help with any pet needs.

Message: I don't shop Petco a lot because our cats eat Iam's, which we can buy at supermarket. I was looking for a raised cat dish, hoping to help with digesting. Petco had exactly what I wanted at a terrific price. Because of pandemic, I opted to order online for curbside p/u. My order was processed within minutes and when I got to the store for p/u an associate brought it out immediately. It was a greeat experience, very smooth and well run.

Message: I have been shopping the Milford, Ohio store for 10 years. I have never encountered anything but courteous staff. I have 3 large dogs so I always buy the largest bag of food and treats. That being said they have always taken my purchases to the car and loaded them for me. The young ladies as well as the gentleman. We really love our Petco store

Message: Great selection of grain and grain-free foods for both dogs and cats. The refillable litter area is great for cat owners. They work with CACHS located in Batavia and the cats have reasonable adoption fees. There is a limited section of bird, small animal, reptile, and fish supplies but they are about a quarter or half the size of a normal Petco. They do a phenomenal job keeping the store well stocked and clean. They are also available to answer any questions I may have during my shopping trips. They also are now offering curbside pickup to their buy online pick up in store option which I greatly appreciate with the strong need for maintaining social distancing right now.

Message: The prices are reasonable and the store is super clean. The staff seems knowledgable and eager to help you find what you need. They sell a good selection of foods for cats and dogs. Their treat section is pretty vast as well. Theres plenty of parking and overall I think this is a good place to buy your pet supplies if you dont want to wait to get them through the mail.

Message: Google has the location wrong on this one - it's by the Kroger off of Hwy28. It's a smaller store, but has all the basics you need. I came there today half an hour early, and one of the employees let me come in early. Not only that, he helped me choose the perfect toys for my new puppy. Excellent service!
