Message: Today I had to do a quick pop in at Carroll's Jewelers for a ring sizing issue. When I pulled into the parking lot the 'closed' sign was on the door. I was so bummed as I have very little time in my busy working mom schedule. It just so happened that Lowell was outside grabbing his newspaper. He came over to talk to me and happily took me inside to help me with my wedding rings. I was so excited! Bless his sweet heart! I won't go anywhere else! Lowell Thurston you're the bestest! Message: Hands down, best company around to do business with! Tiffanie (sales manager) is very helpful. My wedding rings that were bought from Andrew's Jewelers (now our of business) kept having issues with stones falling out and carrolls did the repairs, and I'm now having them re-cast the ring entirely for me into a new custom made piece. Could not be happier!

Message: Took my watch here to get it resized. Very friendly, very fast and very reasonable price. Store itself is ultra clean and has a peaceful feeling about it.. 11/27/21 edit: So, I’ve taken many watches here now for resizing and batteries and service is fantastic.. I also bought a steel dogtag and chain recently which came with free engraving. I gave them kind of a challenging engraving to do. I wanted the dog tag to be engraved kind of like my old USMC military dog tags were stamped. They gave me a time frame of like 3-4 business days and called me back after only 1-2 days! Dog tags came out perfect and I was super thrilled.
