Message: The staff was very helpful and courteous however i give it 3 stars because the rep placed an online order in the store because some of the items i wanted had to ship and the item they had on the shelf and in my hand was set for instore pickup. However they told me I couldn't take it home because their system took 2 hrs to process the order. Completely unacceptable if you ask me. I had to put my item i paid for back on the shelf, drive home and wait to get the email telling me i was allowed to pick it up then drive back to the store an hour later and get my stuff. Horrible customer service if you ask me. But at least the staff was friendly!
