Message: My wife and I shopped at many hot tub stores, and many sellers reminded me of a used car salesman. Every spa they sell is, of course, the best, and if you don't do your homework, you might get a spa that looks good, but the guts are not. That all changed when we met Ralph at Spas Direct Inc. Ralph is the owner and has been in the spa business for decades; he’s highly knowledgeable. I did my homework, and I was prepared, but Ralph had all the correct answers. I not only respected the man because he was smart and had all my answers, but I believe we became friends. He was very professional and was easy to deal with. Ralph took the time to explain many details of spas in general to the one we purchased from him at Spas Direct. We bought the Artesian Platinum Elite, model Pelican Bay. Ralph personally delivered the hot tub and set it up. Ralph was fair to us and included many optional items in the sale. Overall, I highly recommend Spas Direct Inc. and only talk to Ralph, the owner; he explains the details and is not assertive but understanding and will not push you in any direction. In the end, he's a terrific guy that you want to call your friend!

Message: The level of service that comes with a hot tub purchase from Ralph (Spas Direct) is next level! I purchased an Artesian Spa from Ralph 2 years ago. We had a power outage that caused the circulating motor sensors to malfunction causing the heater to not function. I called Ralph on a Friday evening and within 2 hours he was at our house in the dark, and freezing cold fixing the hot tub. When I first purchased the hot tub, Ralph told me “when you buy from me I am going to be the person that goes the extra mile to make sure you are always taken care of. ” He wasn’t kidding, we need more businesses and people like him to exist. Thanks Ralph for always taking care of us!

The alternative was placing an order and waiting months. While there were only a few models available, we were able to find one we loved, and it was delivered in less than a week! The spa was delivered in excellent condition and was ready to be filled immediately for use. We have now been using it for almost two weeks and couldn’t be happier with the final product and service received from Spas Direct!

Message: Originally went in after my hot tub wouldn’t heat, frustrated and ready to buy a new one. Ralph took the time to help me diagnose the issue, walked me through the steps, and ordered me the part I needed. No pressure or upselling, only helpfulness. While fixing the first switch issue, a heating element issue arose. I called Ralph, sent some pictures and stopped by to pick up the part. Again, he made sure I understood the installation process and was beyond helpful! My hot tub is now up and running after a month of trial and error and waiting to schedule other service techs elsewhere! I cannot stress enough to go see Ralph at Spas Direct for any needs!
