Message: Kirby’s is amazing. The owner was lovely and I explained that I had ordered flowers through a different florist for my grandmother and they never showed up. She put together a custom arrangement and got it out to my grandmother the next day before the predicted snow storm. (She lives up on a hill w gravel roads). My grandma absolutely loved the surprise

Message: Absolutely amazing customer service! I live in Florida and had flowers delivered to an old friend who's husband had just passed away. I had given the wrong address and the person delivering the flowers drove around to neighbors houses asking if they knew her and also happened to drive by a funeral and they took the liberty to stop in and checked to see if it was my friends husbands funeral and it was! they got the flowers to her and I am so thankful.
